LITEFLEX, LLC Composite Front Axle Springs are designed to fit Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Navistar (set-back axle only).

These durable springs are constructed from advanced technology utilizing composite materials. The installation of our springs will result in weight savings, an enhanced ride performace over steel springs, and decreased downtime (drive home capability) for your truck. LITEFLEX Composite Springs have a unique construction which protects against sudden failure on the road.

LITEFLEX Composite Springs eliminate the sagging as seen in steel springs. Another advantage to LITEFLEX Composite Springs are that they are corrosion resistant.
LITEFLEX Composite Trailer Springs fit Hutch, Reyco, and Holland Binkley trailers.

Our 25,000 LB standard composite spring is the lowest cost option and results in the lightest weight suspension, 65 pounds lighter than steel per axle.

LITEFLEX Composite Trailer Springs
LITEFLEX's newest design for the trailers consists of a jounce bumper to provide a ride comparable to air ride and significantly better than steel springs. The weight savings you will see when installing your LITEFLEX Composite Trailer Springs will be 68 pounds lighter per axle than heavy duty steel springs and 200 punds lighter than air ride. LITEFLEX Composite Springs are the best value when comparing weight, performance, cost, ride and maintenance.
