LITEFLEX® LLC manufactures composite leaf springs for original equipment manufacturers, and the aftermarket.
A LITEFLEX® spring is a reinforced plastic (composite) leaf spring made from continuous fiberglass rovings (reinforcement) that are bound together by an epoxy resin (matrix). They are used in the front and rear suspension systems of a vehicle to provide ride and handling comfort.

LITEFLEX® spring materials have the unique characteristic of being extremely lightweight and will not rust or lose strength with age or use. LITEFLEX® materials also have high elastic strain properties which make them ideal for use as a spring.
